A Commerce Honours Graduate from Kolkata and a Chartered Secretary from London, Ashit started GI Security in 1973, one of India’s fastest growing guarding companies. In 2000 he saw an underserviced market and started Manpasand Manpower and Cleansweep to provide housekeeping, cleaning and HR outsourcing services.
Under his leadership, GroupL, which started with one office in Kolkata, now has a pan – India presence and operations in Nepal, Bhutan and UAE. In recognition of his expertise and professional success, he has been inducted in to the Advisory Board of Security Knowledge and Skill Development Board of India.
Ashit is respected as a successful entrepreneur whose views are sought after in his field. He believes in running a morally, ethically, legally correct company.
Kabir Luthra

With a Joint Honours Graduate in Marketing Management & Information Systems from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and over 10 years of management experience Kabir has developed strong business acumen and wide network of relationships.
He has been instrumental in setting up the recruitment and security training wing of the business and bringing onboard various technologies such as Pay Direct Accounts and ERP Solutions.
Currently, Kabir is based out of Dubai and oversees the development of our international ventures, operations of guarding division on a pan – India basis and manages our security training institutes.
Angad Luthra

Angad is a young, enthusiastic and dynamic businessman with a Management Graduate degree from the University of Surrey. While in London, he was with Citibank NRI Business and UBS working as a Private Banker, constantly interacting and working with ultra-high-net-worth clients. During this stint, he learnt the true meaning of ‘customer service’ and ‘customer loyalty.’
He joined the business in 2007 and currently oversees the housekeeping and cleaning division on a pan – India scale. He is responsible for the creation of the one – time / post construction cleaning division. Under his leadership the housekeeping division has doubled it’s business in 2012 – 2013.
GROUP COMPANIES
With a view to bring all our services under one umbrella, we set up GroupL Services in 2012. Prior to this clients availed our services under the brand names of GI Security, Manpasand Manpower and Cleansweep.
Established in 1973, GI Security is a licensed security company. We provide trained guards across India and in Nepal and Bhutan. In 2007, GI Security started a security training division, training guards based on the requirements of the PSAR Act, 2005. This has further been extended to include training programmes for guards based on client needs and for international requirements. We provide trained security guards to the UAE.
Through Manpasand Manpower, a Group company we have been providing manpower outsourcing, payroll outsourcing and placement services since 2000. Manpasand Manpower was established with the objective of enabling forward thinking companies to outsource their peripheral activities in order to concentrate on their core business.
Cleansweep is a division of GroupL which was also set up in 2000 and offers commercial housekeeping and specialized cleaning services. Through our network of offices, Cleansweep is able to deploy trained housekeepers across India. Today, the brand Cleansweep operates only in Delhi NCR, providing one – time specialised cleaning for homes and offices and floor care services.
